Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Brand Designer to join our marketing team. As a Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating the Achieve Test Prep brand. Reporting directly to the Senior Designer, you will ensure our designs resonate with our core audience while adhering to strict brand guidelines. Your work will impact our marketing materials, website design, video assets, social media presence, and more.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative assets for digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams to create cohesive visual campaigns.
- Produce high-quality designs for webpages, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs on digital platforms.
- Continuously analyze design performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment, and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
Must be able to multitask.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand design, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Proficiency in Figma with experience working with design systems, libraries, and components. Strong prototype abilities
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Express/Canva
- Knowledge of Webflow, Hubspot, and WordPress.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, brand coherence, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience with designing for both print and digital media.
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- ENGLISH – (Fluent Only) Must comprehend and communicate both written and verbally in English
