We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and SharePoint integrations, notifications, and AI agents (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI), responsible for integrating systems, building notifications, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Position Title: Software Engineering Sr. Engineer

Location: Remote - Colombia

What you will be doing:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and SharePoint integrations, as well as experience working with notifications and AI agents (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating Salesforce and SharePoint with existing systems, building and maintaining notifications, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance our applications. This role requires working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations, effective communication, and the delivery of high-quality software. Your responsibilities include:

Lead and execute integrations between Salesforce, SharePoint, and other systems.
Develop and maintain notification systems to keep users informed of relevant events and updates.
Work with AI agents like LangGraph, CrewAI to enhance application capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new features.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability by maintaining best practices in software engineering.
Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing code and systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI and integrations.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience in Salesforce integration (high proficiency required).
Strong experience with SharePoint integration (moderate proficiency required).
Familiarity with notification systems (moderate proficiency).
Experience working with AI agents such as LangGraph, and CrewAI (moderate to high proficiency).
Proficient in software engineering principles and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of additional AI technologies and platforms.
