Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Breakaway Architect to join our team and help a valued client upgrade to the latest version of Breakaway. The client originally implemented Breakaway in 2019/2020 (BTI), focusing on gross-to-net processes, and now requires a skilled professional to navigate and manage the upgrade process.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the upgrade of Breakaway to the latest version, ensuring smooth transitions and effective integration of new features.
Collaborate with the client to thoroughly understand their existing implementation and the business needs around gross-to-net.
Run and facilitate multiple workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify features, and ensure alignment with the upgraded system.
Stay up-to-date with new releases of Breakaway, understanding changes, improvements, and potential impacts on the client's processes.
Provide ongoing support to the client throughout the upgrade, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on new functionalities.
Act as the subject matter expert on Breakaway gross-to-net functionality and how it can be optimized in the upgraded version.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across all levels.
Education and Experience
Proven experience with Breakaway implementations, particularly in gross-to-net processes.
Strong understanding of Breakaway upgrades and release management.
Excellent facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and driving sessions with stakeholders.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues and challenges.
Ability to quickly adapt to new system versions and guide others through changes effectively.
