They procure products directly from 100+ premium grower/shippers and fresh processors, to deliver the best in quality and price. With a commitment to freshness, streamlined logistics, and k-12 services, Fresh Alliance redefines the industry standard, delivering a comprehensive solution and leverages high performance contracts supported by a wide variety of clients.

This position is remotely based with anticipated travel up to 15%. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

This position is necessary to ensure that our clients are being provided with the highest level of quality and service from their distributor. The employee will be mediating between restaurants and their distributors and will be representing the company to our clients at the individual level and ensuring that our programs are working for the end users. Flexibility and ability to effectively communicate timely and realistic solutions to restaurant users is vital and ensures that our customers feel that we are caring for them. Building strong relationships with restaurants and distributor representatives will be essential to get consistent positive results when faced with any challenge from day to day.

Communicating in a timely and professional manner
Support client locations by responding to inquiries with service-oriented solutions

About you:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
Ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively
A genuine curiosity to learn and apply critical thinking skills to various projects is essential.
Prior experience in restaurants or the food service industry is highly preferred
