About the Role
We’ve launched the world’s first AI agents for recruiting and are building out our founding customer success team. We're hiring a founding CSM who will work closely with customers, influence product development, and play a role in building out our CS function.
Core responsibilities
Successfully deliver quality candidates to customers using the Moonhub platform
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements
Manage all communications with clients and work cross-functionally with sales and product to ensure customer happiness
Work closely with product to provide product feedback and influence product roadmap
Minimize churn and maximize customer retention
Upsell and contract renewal
