We’re looking for a skilled Technical Digital Analyst with expertise in implementing and managing advanced tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM). In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate data capture across digital campaigns. You'll design and build comprehensive dashboards in Looker Studio, integrating data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and robust reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and set GTM tags to stay consistent with the business needs
  • Provide expert recommendation on the use of GA4 data, write technical event documentation to clearly define the scope of analysis
  • Explore data sources, query data using SQL from Google Analytics, Google search console and Snowplow to merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets
  • Design and maintain low-to-high complexity data visualizations, reports, and dashboards (using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) that are intuitive to help fast decision making
  • Keep track of data-quality, set alerts for data discrepancies for investigations
  • GDPR aware and prepared to incorporate into workflows for data-modeliztion with GA4 consent mode integration

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Native or fully proficient English
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Marketing or any other relevant field, with strong interest in data analysis
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working as technical digital analyst
  • Proven ability to manage, understand, discuss, and work with analytics accounts, goals, properties, dashboards, reports, segments, and custom channel/content groupings
  • Specific experience and/or knowledge:
    • Google Tag manager
    • Google Analytics
    • Looker studio
    • BigQuery Cloud data
    • JavaScript, Python & SQL (mandatory)

This role is office based, excluded from our remote working due to business need and nature of the role. Our offices are based in Madrid and London; it is expected you must be in the office 3 days a week with working from home an option for the rest of the week.
