Job description

Overview:

ForMotiv is a real-time web behavioral science company. Our SaaS platform monitors user-behavior in web applications, and makes web-speed recommendations (< 100ms) to improve conversion and reduce fraud. The behavioral data we capture and share with customers is unique, 1st party, and doesn’t contain any PII information. The ForMotiv platform processes over 100 million monthly application journeys and drives value across a variety of use cases for customers ranging from unicorn InsurTechs and FinTechs to Top 10 Insurance and Financial Services firms. You’ll recognize our customer brands. 

  

Having established a successful product-market fit with multiple F100 logos, we’re looking to move into the next phase of our hypergrowth GTM by establishing and scaling an enterprise sales force. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a rapidly growing international startup.   

 

Responsibilities:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering the ForMotiv value to F500 Insurance and Financial Services companies as well as:  

  • Articulating the value of the ForMotiv First-Party Behavioral Data Platform to C-level executives  
  • Strategically and rapidly develop organic pipeline  
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations and develop value-based ROI proposals  
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan  
  • Forecast sales activity and associated revenue accurately in Hubspot  
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of successful quota carrying B2B sales (>$1M annually)  
  • Experience selling into large Insurance and Financial Services organizations a plus  
  • Technically adept: ability to articulate both business and technical value proposition of behavioral data  
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
