Role Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to ensure successful and timely execution of technical programs across multiple teams in multiple geo-locations and throughout the full system development life cycle. 

Location
Remote – this position is 100% Remote anywhere in The Netherlands
 
What you will be doing:
  • Drive program integrity and coherence. Develop and maintain the program environment to support each individual project within it - through an effective cooperation inside PMO
  • Full related projects life cycle ownership from demo, field trials, integration planning to deployment
  • Work independently to drive day-to-day project(s) activities, maintain collaboration forums, create and maintain projects and overall program success criteria metrics and reports
  • Provide clear and effective status reporting on owned projectsэ milestones, deliverables, expectations, dependencies, risks, mitigation plan, escalations, and issues across organizations
  • Establish program related practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization and reuse best practice from PMO
  • Create and maintain projects documentation same as default required as Customer specific.
 
What you should have:
  • Ability to lead multiple projects that span across internal and external organizations
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation), organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, conflict resolution and motivational skills
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, steering committee participation
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and geographically disbursed project teams to deliver solutions that support the business requirements and align with Harmonic objectives and processes
  • Ability to identify and manage risks and mitigation strategies
  • Technical competence with modern collaboration tools, including but not limited to, Atlassian suite, SFDC/Slack, Video conferencing, MS Office advanced, Smartsheet,
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguous/virtual environments and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve common business objective
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong cross-team collaboration
  • Relevant experience in telecommunications based technology/business
  • Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
  • Fluent/Professional level English
  • Proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines while driving for project results.
