We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for finance student in their final year in bachelor’s or a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and develop valuable skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Intern, you will support the finance team with various tasks and projects, gaining practical exposure to key financial processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering data and assisting with monthly closings in QuickBooks.
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients on a monthly or quarterly basis using the in-house ERP system.
- Collaborating with team members on assigned tasks and projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial documents, reports, and other materials.
- Inputting previously raised invoices into the ERP system and working with the IT Team on customized reporting.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the final year of Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in Finance or related field or recently graduated with a CGPA of at least 3.0.
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
