On behalf of PTBOX, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Full-stack Developer to join the team.

We are a fast-paced cybersecurity startup developing innovative solutions to protect businesses from ever-evolving cyber threats. Our small, dedicated team is driven by a shared mission to make the digital world safer. We are seeking a highly skilled and self-managing Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Kotlin for backend services. Python experience is a plus but not mandatory, and React knowledge can be learned on the go.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications, primarily focusing on Kotlin for backend services and React for front-end interfaces (React can be learned when needed). Python can be utilized for data processing but is not mandatory.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional and efficient software solutions aligned with the company's cybersecurity goals.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless, secure, and efficient communication between components.
• Design and maintain secure and optimized databases, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Debug issues across the stack and ensure high-quality, secure applications.
• Follow best practices in coding standards, version control, and documentation. Provide and receive feedback through code reviews.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security. Address bottlenecks and enhance the user experience.
• Deliver progress reports and insights on development challenges and achievements to management.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in full-stack development, focusing strongly on Kotlin for building scalable backend systems. Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python is recommended but not mandatory. React experience is not required, and a willingness to learn it on the job is essential. Experience with modern development tools and frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop solutions.
• Dedication to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results, even under pressure.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and a passion for developing secure applications to protect businesses from cyber threats.
