We're seeking a Deals Associate to join our ambitious team! In this role you will be involved in the provision of M&A lead advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation, financial modelling and other corporate finance project. 

As an Associate in Deals you will:

  • Participate in our major M&A lead advisory, due diligence, valuation, financial modelling projects in various industries

  • Review and analyze financial and other business-related information, write reports, raise questions to the company‘s management and staff

  • Discuss findings with team leaders, take part in client meetings and perform various research activities

  • Work along with our top-rated Baltic Deals team and other Deals advisory teams from Global PwC Network 

  • Have opportunity to work in dynamic, fast-paced working environment and possibility to learn business from inside different companies

You are our perfect candidate if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of previous work experience in corporate finance, business analysis, financial analysis, accounting, business valuation, financial modelling or other related areas

  • Have a university degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration

  • Have a genuine interest in the Lithuanian business environment and you are able to see the big picture behind the details

  • Are self-confident, flexible and have positive approach that remains unchanged even in critical situations

  • Are fluent in English and Lithuanian

  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Skills in advanced analytical tools would be an advantage

  • The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1800 to 2000 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
