Prisma Access Professional Services Engineer – Remote, USA
Entelligence is seeking a Prisma Access Professional Services Engineer to support our Client. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, our Client, and the end-user.
The Prisma Access Professional Services Engineer will regularly participate in technical discussions with multi-functional teams, creating an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, better working environments, and better cybersecurity. Providing quick thinking and support to the client and ensuring the fast assistance they need to keep their environments secure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc..
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Hands-on experience with Global Protect or Prisma Access
Application Delivery expertise – L7 SLB / Global SLB / Traditional Link LB
Application Performance Monitoring expertise – Response time metrics, Application identification.
Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediation
In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies.
Network Security experience (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN)
