About The Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the creation of innovative and visually engaging designs across social, digital, and print platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure brand consistency while driving impactful campaigns and enhancing user engagement. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Design: Create engaging visuals for posts, stories, and campaigns tailored for various platforms.
Email & Banner Design: Develop email templates, banners, and display ads aligned with brand guidelines.
Ad Campaigns: Design static, animated, and video creatives for performance-driven ad campaigns.
Print Collateral: Craft brochures, posters, and other print materials to communicate brand messaging.
Video Assets: Collaborate on storyboards and graphic assets for promotional and explainer videos.
Creative Conceptualization: Translate briefs into innovative, on-brand design solutions.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms while evolving the brand.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital and print design, preferably in marketing or agencies.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media, ads, and email banners.
Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Team player with excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Experience in the e-learning or ed-tech industry is a plus.
