Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our team and lead both manual and automated testing efforts for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QA testing methodologies, Salesforce automation tools, and agile processes. As a QA Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards for our products.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive QA activities.
Manage the full testing lifecycle, from test plans to the documentation of test scenarios and cases.
Provide mentorship and guidance to QA engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure all testing efforts follow best practices and security standards.
Perform end-to-end (E2E), integration, and regression testing for multiple products.
Convert business requirements into detailed test scenarios and processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 8 years of software testing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in automation testing.
Test automation experience, preferably with Provar or other relevant frameworks.
Solid understanding of the Agile methodology and the role of QA within Agile teams.
Experience with JIRA, GitHub, and test management tools.

Education

Any degree in an IT-based discipline.

Skills

Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce application testing.
Strong ability to design test cases, execute testing, and maintain testing processes.
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with different teams.
