We are looking for a specialist who is well versed in auto parts. You will not have communication with external clients, you do not sell parts, you help select them.
Provides pre-sales/post-sale technical customer service to customers;
Provides responses to technical inquiries from customers and Contact Center representatives;
Recommends alternative products or services as the part of customer claims resolution;
Selects auto parts, checks their compatibility with clients' cars;
Works with warranty claims (identification of factors that may affect the failure of a part during the warranty period through no fault of the manufacturer);
Answers to inquiries about maintenance, repair and operation of the vehicle;
Works with complaints (assesses the degree of damage to the part and the difference between what the client ordered and received, checks whether the part was mounted on the car or not);
Works with product characteristics - corrects product maps;
Compares company products with market products by technical characteristics;
Act as a mentor for candidates during their initial training, demonstrating the work process.
