About The Job

The Global SEO Manager will report to the Director of Web and Digital Transformation and is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the Global SEO strategy for Fluke and Fluke Reliability across all digital properties. They are accountable for organic traffic pipeline and growth, technical SEO quality, keyword strategy, global and local execution, and targeted content development. This role will work closely with the commercial regions to ensure strategic alignment as well as the Global Content team in creating keyword-driven content.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. The right candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage priorities. You'll be ready to lead by example, collaborate with peers, and partner with colleagues and external vendors/partners.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement a global SEO strategy to achieve organic traffic goals across our portfolio of Fluke and Fluke Reliability brands.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities aligned with Fluke Reliability's strategic focus areas.
  • Collaborate with web developers, the marketing team, product lines, and global and regional organizations to deliver best-in-class results and ensure transparency on SEO needs and guidelines.
  • Solicit input and feedback from key regional stakeholders to align on SEO objectives and targets
  • Work toward organic search growth, optimization, and ROI maximization
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO opportunities
  • Develop new ideas for testing, and implement those tests
  • Prepare and present reports regularly and as needed by the execution and review process
  • Execute updates to SEO title tags, meta descriptions, and text
  • Add alt tags and schema markups to key content
  • Identify and drive resolution of technical SEO issues
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years demonstrated performance as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, SEO Lead, or similar role
  • Proven ability in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
  • Experience with SEO research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Familiar with CMS like WordPress
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel
  • Experience setting up and tracking conversion goals in Google Analytics
  • Self-starter with a solid ability to use initiative, effectively multi-task, and work autonomously in a deadline-driven atmosphere, biased toward action
  • Excellent communicator across functional areas and organizational hierarchy
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset through continuous learning

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 89,200.00 - 165,600.00
