We are seeking a candidate for an Accounts Receivable (AR) position with the following profile:

1 to 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
Semi-senior level with solid knowledge in AR processes.
Proficiency in English.
Previous experience working with ERP systems (like SAP, Microsoft D365 or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Managing customer accounts, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
Ensuring compliance with AR policies and procedures and supporting accurate financial reporting.
Assisting in the automation of AR processes and the implementation of best practices.
Collaborating with internal teams such as finance, sales, and customer service to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Preparing reports and financial analyses related to accounts receivable.
