The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Accounts Associate Director to lead and grow our $20M+ business in the Contract Catering and Services sector across EMEA. You will manage key customer relationships, deliver exceptional client retention, and drive new business development across the region. This high-impact role requires regular travel (30-50%) and offers the chance to work within a dynamic, collaborative, and matrix-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Retention (70%)

  • Manage existing accounts to deliver annual operating plan (AOP) sales and margin targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple countries (UKI, Benelux, DE, ES, FR, TK, UAE).
  • Lead strategic account activity plans, internal reviews, and business performance discussions with regional and country leadership.
  • Ensure excellence in contracted service delivery and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent Diversey at customer events and conferences.

New Business Development (30%)

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in untapped countries and markets.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using SalesForce and drive pipeline growth.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in new markets, developing tailored value propositions and pricing strategies.
  • Support countries in contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with global agreements.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Food Service or Facility Management sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and managing C-suite relationships in a complex, global business environment.
  • Strong financial and business analytics skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
