Staff IOS Engineer

Design, develop, and optimize iOS applications, and Oversee and guide the iOS development team

Key Responsibilities:

practices for consistency.

● Manage budgeting processes to align resources with

strategic goals.

● Oversee governance frameworks to promote

and progress.

● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while

promoting organizational transparency.

● Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute

shared team objectives.

● Provide regular updates on performance and document

any issues or challenges to ensure timely resolution

Functional Key Responsibilities:

● Architect and design iOS solutions.

● Develop complex features.

● Drive coding standards, reviews, and refactoring.

● Optimize for performance.

● Contribute to technical roadmap and strategy.

● Lead critical incident management and improve

processes.

● Identify and implement tools, frameworks, and

processes.

● Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for

architecture, APIs, and development workflow.

Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

▪ Preferred 8+ years of experience as iOS development experience
