We’re seeking an Implementation Team Lead to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will manage a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work while fostering a customer-first mindset. You will be a key member of a project management team tasked with defining the strategies for project execution across all projects in order to exceed revenue, utilization, quality, and other organizational KPIs.
This is a remote position with travel required to client sites across North America.
What You’ll Do (People Management) Define team and individual goals, training plans, and career development objectivesConduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to monitor progress and support their growthPerform quarterly and annual performance reviews for your team membersAct as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide personal and team trainingAssist in the recruitment, onboarding, and effective ramping of new team membersReview project progress weekly with the portfolio management team and project teams to ensure milestones, quality standards, and risk mitigationPerform regular project quality auditsContribute to SpryPoint best practices, lessons learned and project documentation improvementsWhat You’ll Do (Support your Team with Project Implementations) Leading gap analysis sessions to understand our customers needsMapping to-be business processesConfiguring, testing and tuning the softwareMapping and assisting with data conversions from legacy systemsTraining end users throughout the project on software functionality and best practicesProviding hands-on support during user acceptance testing, Go Live and post-implementation stabilizationCollorabate with development & dev-ops teams to influence, design, and validate solutionsAdvise customers on the best use of the SpryPoint applications by way of business process analysis, communicating industry best practices and understanding the current and desired future statesWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience managing teams in client services or business operations sector Proven ability to train users on enterprise software applicationsBusiness Analysis and Business Process Mapping experienceExperience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platformsTechnical skills such as relational database knowledge or SQL skills is a huge plus!What You’ll Bring:Proven ability to mentor and lead peopleDemonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior management, clients, and partnersClear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and adapting to changeConfidence to work independently and collaboratively within internal and external teamsJoin us in transforming the utility sector with smart, innovative solutions that matter.
