Job Description
  • Write semantically clear HTML5, CCS3, JS ES 6, and jQuery code for the Front-end part of the website  
  • Carry out cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility support of the created templates throughout the latest version of modern browsers or any devices required by project guidelines    
  • Develop and launch responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow and potentially other CMS platforms, such as WordPress  
  • Apply expertise in web motion, interactivity, and animation to develop engaging and interactive web elements  
  • Comply with the best development practices, technical standards, and quality criteria set on the project 
  • Participate in estimation and planning sessions  
  • Collaborate closely with the Design team   
  • Help Project Managers in validating designs and requirements to determine the best way to implement them   
  • Identify possible technical limitations, risks, and bottlenecks, and communicate them to the team in a timely manner  
  • Perform project setup and file configuration (e.g., gulpfile.js) to meet the project requirements    
  • Test and debug your own code   
  • Implement best practices and maintain websites  
  • Innovate and share web production methodologies to advance the team’s expertise

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role  
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JS ES6 semantic, and adaptive cross-browser markup  
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)   
  • Ability to set up projects and  manage dependencies  
  • Solid experience in working with and maintaining CMS platforms: Webflow, WordPress, etc.   
  • Proven commercial experience with advanced Webflow features, including CMS, localizations, and integrations  
  • Ability to select and integrate  third-party scripts, APIs, and other tools  to extend website functionality (GSAP, Lenis, etc.)  
  • Proficiency in working with any IDE software such as WebStorm, PhpStorm, and VSCode  
  • Strong knowledge of SCSS (SASS)/LESS preprocessors as well as CSS3 variables     
  • Solid experience working with interactive web animations and dynamic visual effects  
  • Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or React Three Fiber  
  • Design dev files handoff   
  • Experience working with Figma’s assets in developer mode, ability to navigate complex UI Kits and design systems  
  • Strong ability to estimate project scope and validate designs for optimal implementation  
  • Initiative in finding the most optimal performance solutions  
  • Knowledge of website page speed optimization best practices and techniques  
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and compliance, Web Accessibility Guidelines  
  • An Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English   

WOULD BE A PLUS

  • Experience with Shopify, Magento, or Framer  
  • Experience with ReactJS, AngularJS, and Vue.js   
  • Experience of working with web applications   
  • Knowledge of UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Next.js, Tailwind, Material Design)
