Responsibilities and Qualifications
Selected Responsibilities
Oversee platform products and governance of internal ServiceNow implementation
Define Product Strategy and Vision for Platform App: Interact closely with business stakeholders, product team,
Analyze and incorporate market trends to define quarterly roadmap for execution
Present the vision to execs and leadership team and get their sponsorship by showing the value and potential ROI on the investment
Collaborate with various stakeholders and drive user-centered design that needs no manual or training to use and build apps
Drive day-to-day development decisions representing the voice of the customers
Create strategies for the products
Drive adoption of the product and track adoption metrics, present the product performance in monthly product reviews with leadership
Obtain stakeholder feedback to refine future iterations / enhance products
Assure a level of quality, focusing primarily on fitness for use
Qualifications
BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
5+ years of experience fielding software systems as a software developer and at least 3+ years of experience designing software systems as a software architect
3 or more years of project management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, and challenging project stakeholder dynamics
Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (SAFe 4.0 at a minimum ideally 5.0 or newer)
Familiarity with Agile software development in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, C# and .Net Core are preferred
