Supply Chain Manager (Solar/ Construction)

Company Background:

We are representing our client, a solar system supplier in Malaysia, with the expansion, they are looking for potential candidate to fill the position of Supply Chain Manager to be based at Ara Damansara, PJ

• Salary: up to RM15,000
• Working Days: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Hybrid basis

Responsibilities: -

Procurement:

• Strategic Procurement Planning
• Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management

Warehouse & Logistics:

• Logistics & Delivery Coordination
• Oversee Warehousing Operations
• Transportation / Logistics Management

Suppliers Management:

• Sourcing and supplier development
• Supplier Relationship Management

Team Management:

• Performance Monitoring
• Team Leadership and Development

Process Improvement:

• Technology & Process Improvement

Requirement:-

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience in supervising warehouse operations, coordinating logistics, and managing transportation fleets.
• Experience in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.
• Familiar with ERP systems, and other relevant supply chain management tools
• Familiarity with the Solar PV sector, particularly in residential and commercial markets
• Strong leadership skills, negotiation skills & problem solving skills
