Senior QA Automation

This is a remote position.

• Write Test cases at the beginning of a Sprint
  
• Do end to end regression of application(s)
  
• Writing automation test scripts (Microsoft Play rite preferable)
  
• Collaborate with the product Development teams and other Product Owners to understand the requirements and develop and manage the test scenarios for all production related issues
  
• Work with QA team to do functional test, regression test, UI test, unit test for all the new features in cross browser settings and mobile devices.
  
• Communicate, prioritize and track test execution, defects and issues appropriately and recommend corrective action whenever required.
  
• Work closely with an offshore team and provide guidance
  
• Ability to do knowledge transfer to the team, perform Demos to the project stakeholders and the team
  
• Work with development team and DBAs to report system deficiencies and escalate to various teams for timely resolution of issues
  
• Must be able to handle multiple testing assignments at the same time

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and testing life cycle activities and deliverable
  
• Must be familiar with SQL, .NET, Web services and API integrations
  
• Must be familiar with programming languages like JavaScript to troubleshoot any front-end issues with Web applications
  
• Experience in Automation Frameworks such as Selenium, Microsoft Play Rite on .NET or Java
  
• Proficient with Gherkins and BDD framework
  
• Experience testing GenAI projects is a must
  
• Demonstrated experience utilizing test automation in functional, acceptance, Load Test and integration testing
  
• Hands-on experience with Agile related frameworks and tools like ADO and DevOps
  
• Hands on experience of code management using ADO Pipelines
  
• Experience in executing and troubleshooting backend processes using Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric is highly preferable
  
• Experience with ETL and Datawarehouse testing is needed
  
• API testing experience needed
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools needed
