Boxgreen is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive/Administrator who is highly driven and ready to join a fast-paced start-up environment to support our business structure as we grow!

As a Corporate Sales Executive/Administrator, you'll be in charge of managing existing B2B accounts, maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying and driving business opportunities, and handling day-to-day transactions. Job Scope:

Drive corporate sales by presenting Boxgreens products and services (Corporate Gifts, Office Pantry, Vending Machines, Hotel Amenities) to new and existing clients.
Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and manage client accounts across multiple industries.
Coordinate corporate orders and assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and sampling activities.
Handle client communications, including outreach emails, proposals, and recap presentations.
Track sales performance and consistently meet/exceed targets.
Oversee client receivables and ensure timely collections.
Provide after-sales support and ensure seamless client experience.
Manage administrative tasks, including managing sales reports, contract drafting, invoice generation, and POs.
Follow up with relevant teams to resolve issues and provide status updates.
Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in servicing of B2B clients or Corporate Account Management preferred.
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
Empathetic towards customers and our fulfilment teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess good insight and business acumen
People-oriented and able to build rapport with stakeholders
Experience in customer service, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
