Are you a technology leader passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful digital solutions? As the Sr. Oracle Lead, you will play a pivotal role in executing the digital technology strategy at our Carolina, Puerto Rico facility. Reporting to the DT Director of Microenterprises, you’ll collaborate closely with plant management to ensure the effective coordination of all digital technology activities that support and enhance our operations. How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital technology initiatives, focusing on the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other key ERP systems.
- Mentor a diverse team, helping them grow while delivering on critical projects.
- Implement and integrate technology solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative recommendations.
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimize system performance and align technology solutions with business needs.
- Champion continuous learning and ensure everyone stays up-to-date with the latest in Oracle EBS and other relevant technologies.
- Foster collaboration across plant management, DT teams, and external partners to drive efficiency and improve production quality.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data integrity, and company policies.
- Support advanced manufacturing initiatives and lead the implementation of new digital technologies to enhance production quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management, MIS, Computer Science, Management of Technology, Engineering and/or minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience developing and providing direction for IT resources, budgets, and ROI analysis
- Expertise with Oracle EBS
- Experience working with and influencing groups which support IT infrastructure including telecommunications, networking, VoIP, IT and plant security, Active Directory, Exchange Server and Windows Server & Client/Edge environments
- Ability to work hours outside of routine schedule as necessary
- Ability to travel to Puerto Rico 30-40%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong logical problem-solving skills with ability to influence both DT and business partner management teams
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and efficient project management skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Proven experience working closely with business owners on continuous process improvement
- Ability to uphold safety standards, participates in continuous process improvement on the job, and follows our manufacturing best practice
*This role can be remote in the United States with 30-40% travel to Puerto Rico, working EST or ASI hours or could be full time onsite in Carolina, Puerto Rico.
