Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to own product reporting that drives functional insights necessary to run business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. The role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• that will drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams, to understand business needs and provide data-
• driven recommendations.
• Optimize existing reporting processes and automate them into Power BI dashboards to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
• Communicate findings and insights to business leaders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Support the product development process by providing insights to help improve quality and speed to market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a product-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Power BI , SQL, JQL, Excel).
