Regional (Asia) Business Development / Sales Manager, White-label Fintech Solutions | Private banking / Wealth Management

A results-driven Regional Business Development / Sales Manager is sought by the company, which specializes in providing an innovative whitelabel digital asset platform designed for private banks, wealth management firms, and financial institutions. This cutting-edge infrastructure enables clients to seamlessly integrate and manage digital assets under their own brand, enhancing their operational capabilities and client offerings. In this role, the candidate will focus on selling the platform, facilitating clients' transitions into the digital asset space.

This is an Asia-focused position. The sales team is primarily based in Hong Kong, while you will have the opportunity to work from / base in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, or Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the financial sector, specifically targeting private banks and wealth management firms.
  • Platform Promotion: Communicate the unique value proposition of the whitelabel digital asset platform, emphasizing its modular design and customizable features tailored to institutional needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with institutional clients to drive sales and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the tech team to ensure client requirements align with platform capabilities, facilitating seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  • Market Adaptation: Stay abreast of market trends and technology advancements in fintech, adapting sales strategies to meet the evolving demands of the digital asset landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial Contribution: Employ an entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the strategic vision of the sales team, exploring new business opportunities and driving growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology / financial services sector, with a strong preference for fintech experience.
  • Established network and understanding of private banking, wealth management, and financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in Chinese is highly preferred, and additional Asian languages would be a bonus.
  • Flexibility in approach and strategy is encouraged.
