MRC Components GmbH, an RFMW company based in Germany, is a leader in the development and distribution of high-performance components made from advanced materials such as ferrites, nanocrystalline alloys, and silicon carbide. We serve critical sectors including automotive, telecommunications, energy, and industrial automation.
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Supplier Focussed Business Development Manager to drive and nurture key supplier relationships, positioning us as the market leader and driving profitable growth. This senior role will play a pivotal part in our global strategy, focusing on innovation, partnership, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, establishing RFMW as the partner of choice in the market.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute high-impact marketing strategies.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and exceptional service delivery.
Enhance our product portfolio through strategic supplier development and expansion.
Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive advantages and long-term partnerships.
Provide expert guidance to sales teams, driving performance and maximizing supplier contributions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of senior experience in supplier focussed management, business development or sales within the electronics or advanced materials industries.
Deep understanding of materials such as nanocrystalline alloys, ferrites, and silicon carbide.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
