  • Counsel clients on specialized procurement instruments, including OTA contracts and CRADAs.
  • Protect client interests in intellectual property, data rights, and cybersecurity matters.
  • Represent clients in construction claims, including Miller Act claims, bid disputes, and mechanic’s liens.
  • Provide legal counsel on international contracting, including compliance with export controls, FCPA, and Buy American Act requirements.
  • Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and novation processes related to government contracts.
  • Assist with security clearance compliance, including Facility (FCL) and Personnel (PCL) clearances.

Qualifications:

  • Active bar membership in good standing.
  • At least 10 years of experience in government contracting and procurement law.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local procurement regulations.
  • Proven experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and bid protests.
