The Role
This is a Sales Executive/Closing role, perfect for high-performing sales professionals passionate about helping others while delivering exceptional results
Job Description
Generate $300,000 in monthly revenue by closing 38 units of our Course + coaching offer @ $8,000 Average Opportunity Value price point
Take 6-8 inbound calls per day, 5 days per week. Approx 120 per month.
Generate up to 15 calls per month through organic and outbound methods following up on previous leads that didn’t close
Join a high-performing team of 6 other closers and 2 setters – current closer rate 50%
Effective pipeline management and follow-up are essential to maximize client success and personal performance.
Compensation
Closers can expect to earn $180,000 min KPI including bonuses, with the potential to earn $300,000+
Ideal Candidate
Have proven high-ticket sales experience, preferably in a consultative, one-call close in B2C
Demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability to a flexible schedule, and commitment to a collaborative team culture.
Be dynamic and be able to think on your feet! Be coachable, disciplined and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Are eager for ongoing professional growth through daily training.
Are passionate about helping clients succeed in the e-commerce coaching space.
Business working days are Monday-Friday PST, weekend availability is a bonus due to the high demand
