We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic and supportive team on a part-time basis.

About The Role

Job Responsibilities:

Provide virtual therapy sessions (individual, group, and family) to clients with diverse mental health needs.
Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Offer crisis intervention and case management as needed.
Collaborate with mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.
Maintain accurate client records, ensuring HIPAA and organizational compliance.
Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant methods.
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Active LCSW license in the state of practice (multi-state licensure is a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or related fields.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain a professional home office.
