Superlanet is seeking a skilled Epic HB Consultant to join our East Coast based healthcare client's team for a six-month engagement. This role involves providing expert-level support for Resolute Hospital Billing (HB), assisting with build, testing, and operational enhancements. The consultant will collaborate with the Professional Billing (PB), Claims, and Revenue Integrity teams to optimize Epic functionality for Patient Financial Services (PFS) and Single Billing Office (SBO) operations. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to the Resolute HB team and collaborate with PB and Claims teams as required.
Resolve tickets and support daily operations for PFS, SBO, and Revenue Integrity teams.
Participate in Epic quarterly releases, including reviewing, building, and testing new features (NN review).
Assist with system projects requiring HB analyst expertise.
Perform build and testing for Epic Patient Estimates, Benefit Engine, Supply Records, and ERX as needed.
Ensure compliance with operational workflows, policies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Certification in Epic HB Admin with SBO, HB Charging Admin, and Charge Router.
Deep expertise in Charge Router, CDM, and Fee Schedules.
Demonstrated experience in Epic build and testing processes.
Preferred experience with Epic Patient Estimates, Benefit Engine, Supply Records, and ERX.
