In this role you will:
Provide exceptional support to our Account Executives in handling both existing and potential customers.
Assist in the sales process, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.
Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Record and manage prospect interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.
Assist in prospecting to help find new points of contact and inputting those information into our CRM sequence.
Help in the creation of more personalized sequences.
Assist the Account Executive in sales-related activities for our open deals such as creation of slides, summaries, one-pagers, pamphlets, and other materials.
Wages
The total hourly rate paid ends up being $10.50/hour initially. Long term it will be $7.50/hour + a commission with target earnings being over $10.50/hour.
Breakdown of hourly compensation (Before any fees you pay for wire transfers and currency conversions):
Base - $7.00 USD/Hour
Ramping Commission - $3 USD/hour. This will eventually be replaced with a commission structure 3-12 months into the role where the target commission would be at or above $3 USD/hour
Additional $.25 USD/hour as a company contribution to go towards your own health insurance costs
Additional $.25 USD/hour as a company contribution to go towards any additional insurance/benefits that you buy on your own
Target 42.5 billable hours per week
Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings (Approx. $650 per year.)

Our hiring process is intentionally tough and time-consuming.
Select candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and an initial screening interview.
Once you passed the initial screening, a number of online assessments testing your critical thinking, and English skills will be sent.
Select candidates will be invited to an hour-long Zoom interview with the President of the company.

This is a work-from-home setup.
You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)

20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
