Position:

We are looking for a dynamic junior web developer to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with the creation of landing pages, emailers, updating existing web applications and implementing new design features using scripting languages. They work under the supervision of senior developer, assisting with coding, testing, design adjustments, and client reviews.

To ensure success as a junior web developer, you need to possess excellent website design skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch junior web developer should be able to work well under pressure in a highly technical environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, is required
• At least 3 year working experience as a junior web developer
• Experience with responsive web design and capable of designing and altering existing CSS code to meet design specifications with HTML5/CSS3
• Experience working with coding languages such as HTML, Python, CSS3
• Experience with modern JS features like Ajax, jQuery, JS Modules, ES6, NodeJS will be an added advantage
• Solid understanding of web design and development principles
• Ability to hand-code complex web applications utilizing various JS libraries
• Understanding of the DOM and ability to trace and debug complex JavaScript applications
• Good planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
• A portfolio of web design and projects you've worked on
• Critical-thinking skills
• Flexibility in the workplace
• In-depth knowledge of software prototyping and UX design tools
• Goal-orientated and deadline-driven
