Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will serve as the CEO's strategic partner, creating and maintaining systems that enable smooth business operations while allowing the CEO to focus on creative and strategic work. This role requires a unique blend of executive assistance and operational expertise, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology and AI to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing schedules, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain systems to streamline business operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Leverage tools like Zapier, Slack, and GPT/Claude to automate workflows and manage communications.
  • Coordinate tasks and projects using platforms such as Monday.com (preferred but not required).
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage correspondence as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support the CEO's strategic goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Zapier, Slack, and AI tools such as GPT/Claude.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in operational roles, particularly in marketing or similar environments, is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is highly desirable.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing agency operations and hiring processes.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar task management tools.
  • Background in supporting executives in fast-paced, growth-oriented companies.
