Experience Level: 10-15 Years

Location: ideally based in NYC or Chicago 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for the Retail & CPG verticals, leveraging Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.

  • Establish thought leadership by identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and disruptive technologies within the Retail & CPG sectors.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to design industry-specific offerings.

  • Own revenue and profitability targets for the Retail & CPG practice, driving growth through strategic client engagements.

  • Lead C-level relationships, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value deals.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of complex Cloud, Data, and AI projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality standards.

  • Establish best practices and frameworks for solution deployment across global teams.

  • Build and lead a high-performing global team of industry and technology experts.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the practice.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in selling Cloud, Data, and AI solutions to Retail & CPG clients at an executive level.

  • Deep understanding of business challenges, regulatory requirements, and trends within the Retail & CPG sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Expertise in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.

  • Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex client engagements.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus.

  • Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), advanced analytics, and AI technologies.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific use cases, such as supply chain optimization, customer personalization, and demand forecasting.
