Location: Brooklyn, New York

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary

As a Site or Clinic Manager and take on a critical role in leading the operations and staff of our clinics. We are seeking a highly-skilled, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy professional with extensive management experience to excel in this position. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for your assigned site/s, overseeing all aspects of site management, including staffing, performance monitoring, execution of company procedures, and operational efficiency.


Your leadership abilities and problem-solving mindset will be crucial in delivering exceptional results and driving your sites and staff toward success. With your keen attention to detail and ability to navigate challenges, you will ensure seamless healthcare delivery even in a remote position.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team, including front desk staff, medical assistants, and healthcare providers.
  • Patient Experience: Uphold and enhance our standard of care by ensuring that patients receive timely, compassionate, and quality service.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure the site complies with all healthcare regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Problem Solver: Tackle challenges head-on, from scheduling conflicts to patient concerns, with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Growth Focus: Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for site improvements and participate in initiatives to improve processes and expand services
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree in management preferred.
  • A minimum of 2+ years in a management, operations, or leadership role (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced industry).
  • Tech-savvy mindset and proficiency in utilizing online work tools, software, and technologies to enable effective communication and collaboration in a site management setting.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and leadership.
  • Ability to adapt to change and navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
