The Role
As an Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various initiatives across
operations, customer success, sales, and compliance. This is a dynamic role that requires
strong organizational skills and the ability to work across departments.
Responsibilities
• Support key operational initiatives across departments including customer success,
sales, and compliance.
• Track operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• As Assist with process optimization and automation to increase efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks.
• Maintain compliance documentation and assist in audits as needed.
Relevant Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in Saas or tech environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working across departments to execute complex initiatives.
• Experience building a strong internal culture and leading internal initiatives.
• Ability to work with customers and build and maintain strong, trusted relationships.
• Data-driven with the ability to track operational performance and make improvements.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
