Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data model, security, and integration patterns. 
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification desired.

Core responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components, to meet specific business requirements and enhance overall system functionality. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather, analyze, and translate user needs into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, including applying updates, patches, and upgrades, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and optimizing performance to ensure seamless operation and user experience.
