About the Role

The Regional Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and developing relationships within an assigned region. This role involves networking with brokers and clients, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting business development efforts to achieve company goals. The Regional Sales Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain industry compliance standards.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop business opportunities by researching leads, cold calling, and networking with benefit brokers and prospective clients.
  • Present products and services to potential clients, recommending solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Educate prospects about the features, benefits, and costs of available solutions, with a focus on long-term care (LTC) products.
  • Coordinate initial client meetings and manage follow-ups to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations, ensuring timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors, market trends, and industry news to effectively position company offerings.
  • Support marketing initiatives by leveraging tools like Salesforce CRM for client relationship management and reporting.
  • Obtain and maintain required Producer license and LTC certification within six months of hire.
  • Leverages available resources to make effective decisions resulting in sales growth. 
  • Ability to develop own lead channels that result in a sales pipeline.

Skills Needed:

  • Producer’s license and LTC Certification
  • Some experience in employee benefits, insurance, or LTC products, preferably obtained working for a carrier.
  • Demonstrated success in virtual/remote sales environments.
  • Familiarity with continuing education and licensing requirements in the insurance industry.

Pay Range

50000 - 75000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
