Job description

Position Summary: Broker Channel Manager

The Broker Channel Manager will be responsible for executing strategies to drive net new revenue and add on revenue sourced from HCM Unlocked broker partners including National, Regional, and Local brokers. The Broker Channel Manager will have responsibilities to initiate, build, and maintain partner relationships through marketing, business development and opportunity management.

Travel is required, depending on assigned territory and partner relationships.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Initiate, build, and maintain existing and new distribution channels sourced broker partners
  • Drive top of funnel revenue through broker channel relationships
  • Execute our HCM Unlocked sales process to sell technology implementation, optimization, and managed services
  • Manage territory and partner assignments, as defined, to deliver revenue results
  • Partner with external and internal partners to deliver exceptional service and delivery of technology
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

  • Minimum of 5 years of HCM selling experience, with a proven track record of success delivering top of the funnel pipeline
  • Established sales process with partner ecosystem; brokers, consultants, advisors, and the like
  • Met or exceeded annual revenue goals and achieved organizational Presidents Club or similar
  • Experience initiating, managing, and growing channel distribution partners (such as Brokers)
  • Experience working with an external partner ecosystem
  • Demonstrates tenacity to deliver and execute on results
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage through change
  • Ownership of territory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
