Your role, your impact

As an Oracle EPM integration principal consultant and team lead for our EPM Data Integration team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data integration components within an overall EPM solution, primarily using Cloud Data Management and Data Exchange products. This role combines technical aspects of the EPM/Hyperion suite and managerial responsibilities.

You will lead a diverse team, ensuring best practices are followed. This role offers significant growth potential, including opportunities for mentorship, presenting at industry conferences, and participating in business development. You will report to the EPM Data Integration manager.

Your day-to-day

• Facilitate key business decisions required to develop technical architecture and detailed design;
• Create and maintain accurate, unambiguous technical design documents with an appropriate level of detail in a standardized format;
• Architect solutions and guide junior resources to ensure timely and high-quality builds;
• Work as an SME, guiding project managers on estimation, timelines and task planning;
• Work with other senior EPM Data Integration professionals to establish standards and ensure consistent adherence;
• Manage the currently assigned and future additions to the EPM DI team;
• Explore new solutions beyond the norms, while considering effort and complexity.
  
  

Keys to your success

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing with C-family programming languages such as Java, Groovy, or C#;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with REST APIs as well as developing scripts using PowerShell or BASH;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing multiple resources either as a people manager or project manager;
• Full project life cycle experience on 5 or more projects, focusing on risk reduction and quality processes;
• Experience authoring integration detailed designs and system administration guides;
• Working knowledge of EPM Cloud Products (FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, ARCS), Oracle EPM REST APIs, EPM Automate Commands, and Data Exchange/CDM/FDM/FDMEE scripts (VBScript, Jython, Python, Groovy);
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Strong prioritization, ownership, and multitasking skills with the ability make trade-offs and manage competing priorities.

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud products, Oracle OTBI or BI Publisher, ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP, or PeopleSoft) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC);
• Linux and BASH experience;
• Experience with system and integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
