Job Description

An Enterprise HCM Field Sales Representative thrives in a field sales-based environment. You will sell isolved's award winning technology and services to new customers in the 500+ employee market. Working with insurance brokers and other centers of influence you will leverage referrals and lead generated business. This position will give you the opportunity to play a key role in increasing our company relationships within the community by partnering with diverse industry clientele groups.

Core Job Duties

• Follow up on leads to generate new sales
• Foster COI relationships with outside customers
• Achieve monthly quota objectives
• Effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• HCM Enterprise experience required
• 5+ years of SAAS sales experience
• Must reside in the MW, NW or SW regions
• Proven track record of selling into the 500+ employee market
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
• A creative and independent thinker with a strong motivation for sales
• A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
  
  

Location/Travel: Remote with some regional travel (20%)
