As a Marketing Lead, you will provide excellence by:
Managing and executing all marketing efforts for the MTT program, with a primary focus on bringing in new students via Mailchimp.
Writing and editing marketing content for emails, website updates on Squarespace, and promotional materials on Canva.
Following up with students and corporate leads using Google Spreadsheets to maintain and update the pipeline of prospective participants and clients.
Responding to scholarship requests and guiding applicants through the decision-making process.
Taking ownership of outreach efforts, including email follow-ups and phone calls, to convert leads into program participants or corporate clients.
Actively participating in live classes, managing breakout rooms, tracking attendance, and keeping records of student participation.
Maintaining and improving workflows for marketing and student engagement processes, proactively suggesting enhancements.
Requirements
Proficiency with Mailchimp, Squarespace, Canva, Thinkific, AirTable, and Google Docs.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with tweaking websites on Squarespace and creating promotional materials on Canva.
Strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in emails, spreadsheets, and other deliverables.
Confidence in managing and updating pipelines on Google Spreadsheets.
Must currently reside in the Philippines.
Must Have:
Perfect English, with flawless grammar and spelling.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no typos or errors in communications and spreadsheets.
A reliable and proactive work ethic, delivering tasks by agreed deadlines without the need for constant follow-up.

Expected Work Hours and Timezone
You are expected to work during US business hours following the client’s schedule. You may also be expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.
