This strategic thinker will guide and mentor the daily activities of the outside sales team, cultivating positive relationships with current and potential customers. The Manager will proactively exhibit and promote the guiding philosophies of The McWane Way principles, values, and behaviors, including Safety, Leadership, Accountability, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, Communication, and Environment.
