Job Description

A Dynamics 365 CE Functional Principal Consultant at Argano is a senior professional in the consulting family who provides leadership and guidance on complex issues. They are subject matter experts in their field of proficiency and can communicate the impact their recommendations will have across other workstreams and how it will impact the client's business objectives. They lead activities related to their workstream with clients and lead project management responsibilities related to their field of proficiency. They are responsible for delivering quality work within their field of proficiency within large client projects and leading the activities of other consultants. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology and information systems. They are mentors to other consultants and lead the activities of consultants in complicated workstreams to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction. They model excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a project team or program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client facing analysis sessions & requirement documentation.
  • Participate in design, estimation, & configuration activities
  • Capture user stories in Azure DevOps & creation/organization of project backlog
  • Configure system per user story requirements & design.
  • Support of junior functional resources as needed.
  • Lead client facing Sprint demos.
  • Communicate & coordinate Argano and Client project team members as necessary.
  • Assist Client SMEs in the execution of Sprint and UAT activities.
  • Escalates issues to the Solution Architect for resolution.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related experience

Experience

  • Project leadership experience, team building, and moving programs forward.
  • Enjoys, thrives and exudes confidence in client facing interactions.
  • Has a good understanding of D365CE line of business application capabilities, and CE technical and functional capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, Office 365, Azure Data Factory and other related technologies.
  • Experience leading customer facing requirement & business process analysis sessions, user story documentation, & requirement backlog management
  • Work with the customer and internal teams on requirements and configuration
  • Ability to participate in user story estimation and other user story development practices, pre-sales demos, and other sales support activities.
  • Strong advocate for adherence to standards, best practice, and delivery processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities and drive them to completion.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on project complexity and customer expectations.

Skill Requirements

  • Current on Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and related technologies, particularly Power platform and supporting technologies.
  • Current Dynamics 365 CE certifications focused on sales & customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Familiar with Agile implementation methodologies including Scrum.
  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones.
  • 8 years’ CE/CRM experience and 8-10 medium to enterprise size CE/CRM implementations
