Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners specializing in the Search & Selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is looking for a Business Development Manager Hospitality – Italy on behalf of an international company specializing in luxury finishes.


Company Overview

Our client is an international company specializing in luxury finishes, renowned for the exceptional craftsmanship of its products and collaborations with prestigious global brands. The company focuses exclusively on high-profile projects and partnerships with luxury brands.

At the beginning of this year, the company launched a significant expansion into the Hospitality sector, establishing a dedicated division for hotel, restaurant, and public space projects. This division is a strategic priority, supported by an international structure that places dedicated managers in each key market. Alongside established operations in Germany, the UK, and the Middle East, the current focus is on consolidating and expanding its presence in Italy and neighboring areas, including the Balkans.


Goals

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth within the Hospitality sector in Italy by:

  • Expanding the client base through proactive acquisition.
  • Strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Re-engaging dormant contacts, positioning the company as a trusted partner in luxury projects.

The role requires close collaboration with designers, developers, and general contractors to achieve sales targets and solidify the company's presence in the Italian market.


Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years in business development roles, preferably within the Hospitality sector or luxury project markets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ability to navigate market dynamics and engage effectively with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Results-Oriented: Highly proactive in generating new leads and closing high-value deals.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, essential for international client and colleague collaboration.
  • Background: While no specific product experience is required, the candidate must have a strong commercial skill set suited to luxury markets within the hospitality segment.

  • Work Mode: Remote working with availability for travel.
