Introduction

Pocket FM is looking for a Creative/Executive Producer to support live action production across our marketing business unit focusing on design and development of live action videos. The role will sit within our Content and Marketing teams and report to the Creative Director. The Creative/Executive Producer will support the Creative Director to execute on the creative vision and work across campaigns In this cross-functional role, optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion through creative

innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own the pre-production, production and post-production process of the entire promotional films (typically 30-45mins long) in defined timelines and budgets
• Work with screenplay writers and creative director to turn around a captivating screenplay on time
• Bring in creative ideas and inputs to make the promotional film in line with Pocket FM standards and that appeals to our target UK audience
• Find suitable production houses and negotiate terms with them to produce promotional films for Pocket FM in defined timelines and budgets
• Work with casting agents and do scouting /auditioning and negotiation with influencers involved in the promotional films
• Track the performance of the creatives/content and use data to further improve the promo film and bring it in under desired thresholds
• Collaborate with multiple departments across India, UK and US to deliver the final asset
• Handle operational elements behind creation of the promo film like approvals/timely dispatch of promo footage/updating of trackers

Requirements

• Has a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience as an executive producer / line producer / creative producer
• Has work experience in creating shows for TV / drama films
• Has worked for UK TV channels in the Video OTT industry, or the Media industry
• Has experience creating content for social media platforms including Facebook and YouTube
• Understands what content will sell and help grow audiences
• Understand the UK market and best communication styles for the audience
• and users
• A Bachelor's Degree in related fields is a must; Preference would be film school or significant experience of working in relevant projects (on set)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Has extensive network and connects with production houses in the UK
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills crafting world-class creative strategy and spearheading the execution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and an ease with people from different cultural and educational backgrounds.

• Has expert communication and organizational skills
• Enjoys troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to tasks
