To ensure success as an HR Generalist, you should have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of employment law. Ultimately, a top-notch HR Generalist is well organized, efficient, trust-worthy, and approachable.


What you'll do: 

  • Enforce Policy and Procedure Compliance: Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across all employees. 
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Philippine laws and regulations. 
  • Facilitate Employee Orientations and Leadership Sessions: Conduct comprehensive employee orientations and leadership sessions to equip employees with essential knowledge and skills. 
  • Address HR Queries: Responsively handle HR-related inquiries within the company, providing accurate information and guidance to employees. 
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard manager and employee confidence by maintaining the confidentiality of HR information. 
  • Review and Approve Internal Policies: Review and approve stakeholders' internal policies to ensure alignment with organizational standards and legal requirements. 
  • Project Implementation: Lead HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation. 
  • Support Organizational Mission: Contribute to the achievement of the organization's mission by fulfilling related tasks and objectives as needed. 
  • Headcount Reconciliation: Ensure accurate headcount and track employment movement, facilitating effective workforce management. 
  • Coordinate with Payroll: Collaborate closely with the payroll team during payroll processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Implement Corrective Actions: Execute corrective action processes in compliance with labor laws and regulations. 
  • Manage Placements, Movements, and Reporting: Oversee employee placements, movements, and reporting, maintaining accurate records and documentation. 


We're looking for individuals who: 

  • Are adept at data entry and file management, comfortable handling large volumes of information with precision. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in logging data swiftly and accurately, ensuring high-quality outputs. 
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying errors in reports and rectifying them promptly. 
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability, readily adjusting to changing needs and priorities in a dynamic work environment. 
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders. 
  • Excel in Microsoft Office Excel, leveraging its features for efficient data management and analysis. 
  • Bring timekeeping experience or knowledge, offering an advantage in managing attendance and scheduling tasks. 
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation. 
  • Have previous experience in Human Resources, providing practical insight and expertise in HR operations. 
  • Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, essential for administrative tasks and communication. 
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective collaboration. 
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards, safeguarding sensitive employee information with integrity and discretion. 
  • Demonstrate superior attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and processes. 
  • Display empathy and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor, contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment. 
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, effectively managing tasks and priorities to meet objectives. 
  • Are attentive and honest, demonstrating integrity and reliability in all aspects of their work.
